NCA HOME'S DISCOUNT COMMISSION PROGRAM

Depending on the price of the home, NCA Home's commission is calculated as follows:

	For homes sold under $400,000, NCA Home charges $2999 fixed fee:
	Representing the Seller on a sale under $400,000: - $199 fixed fee MLS Entry, due at the time of the MLS Listing; - $70 lockbox rental, due at the time of the MLS listing; and - $2730 fixed fee commission, due and payable at the successful close of escrow.
	Representing the Buyer on a purchase under $400,000: - $2999 fixed fee commission, due and payable at the successful close of escrow.
	For homes sold at/over $400,000, NCA Home charges $3999 fixed fee:
	Representing the Seller on a sale at/over $400,000: - $199 fixed fee MLS Entry, due at the time of the MLS Listing; - $70 lockbox rental, due at the time of the MLS listing; and - $3730 fixed fee commission, due and payable at the successful close of escrow.
	Representing the Buyer on a purchase at/over $400,000: - $3999 fixed fee commission, due and payable at the successful close of escrow.
